A new YEAR is knocking at my door...

1. Praying, praying more!

3. Achar todos os dias bonitos e cumprir as regras acima:
    a. sorrir para estranhos.
    b. agradecer sempre.
    c. dar muitos elogios.
    d. vestir-me bem.
    e. por perfume.
    f. rir.
    g. tomar chá.
    h. ser charmosa, encantadora.
    i. apanhar flores.
    j. desejar ás pessoas um dia feliz.

         a. manter o coração livre do ódio.

"Nunca o deixarei, nunca o abandonarei".

Dreams

“I have dreamt in my life, dreams that have stayed with me ever after, and changed my ideas; they have gone through and through me, like wine through water, and altered the color of my mind."
~Emily Brontë~

The Bible defines a dream in Job 33:15, "In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed;". TheBible says several things in this one verse. First of all, a dream is a vision of the night. The verse also teaches that a dream occurs when deep sleep falls upon men. According to the Bible, a vision is something that occurs when a man is awake, while a dream is something that occurs when a man is asleep. Some who study dreams say that we are always dreaming when we sleep, but we only remember the dreams right before we awake. This would actually fit with the scriptures in several cases where men remember a dream that actually woke them up...

Beloved GOD

“You who never arrived
in my arms, Beloved, who were lost
from the start,
I don't even know what songs
would please you. I have given up trying
to recognize you in the surging wave of
the next moment. All the immense
images in me -- the far-off, deeply-felt landscape,
cities, towers, and bridges, and un-
suspected turns in the path,
and those powerful lands that were once
pulsing with the life of the gods--
all rise within me to mean
you, who forever elude me.

You, Beloved, who are all
the gardens I have ever gazed at,
longing. An open window
in a country house-- , and you almost
stepped out, pensive, to meet me. Streets that I chanced
upon,--
you had just walked down them and vanished.
And sometimes, in a shop, the mirrors
were still dizzy with your presence and, startled, gave back
my too-sudden image. Who knows? Perhaps the same
bird echoed through both of us
yesterday, separate, in the evening... ”
~Rainer Maria Rilke~

PEACEFUL NIGHT

“I love the silent hour of night, for blissful dreams may then arise, revealing to my charmed sight what may not bless my waking eyes.”
~Anne Brontë~

Peaceful night, pleasant dreams.. God Bless!

I’M A LIITLE TEA POT

*She stands up and waves her hands dramatically in the air
pretending to conduct a large orchestra*
“I’m a little tea pot, short and stout…”
*She puts her left hand on her hip
mimicking the handle of a tea pot*
“Here is my handle, here is my spout…”
*She puts her right hand in an arch
mimicking the spout of a teapot*
“When I get all steamed up, then I shout,
Just tip me over, pour me out!”
*She leans over to the right side as far as she can go*

Well – THAT was liberating…
Maybe not…

Getting old you know!
No matter what your age, I’m sure you’ve heard this song at one time or another.
But where did it come from? Most of us think it is a nursery rhyme,
but it actually has a history more noteworthy than that…

The song was written in 1939 by George Sanders and Clarence Kelly in
Tin Pan Alley – The Core of the Music publishing District at that time.
Kelley at that time, ran a dance school that specialized in teaching tap
dance maneuvers. The school was open to even the youngest children, who were still
what I like to think of as bobble-head little kidlets… You know the ones: Heads that
still look just a little bit too big for their bodies, the ones that have a handle on
the basic walk and are now mastering the run… tiny little tots… As one could
imagine – teaching youngsters like this dance steps would not be an easy task.
Attention spans alone ( never-mind physical coordination issues) involved in a
dance routine for the paying parents would be quite an undertaking. Sanders,
who usually played the piano accompaniment to the school’s dance recitals worked
with Kelley to create song that the children could sing to remember their dance moves,
hence creating the “Teapot Tip”.

For more information on this song’s origins look for the book by Ronald Sanders
(the son of George Sanders) entitled “Reflections on a Teapot: The Personal History of Time”.
It was published in 1972 by Harper and Row.

And here is the song taken from you tube... cute hein?

OS CÉUS PROCLAMAM A GLÓRIA DO MEU SENHOR...

Vendo os céus moverem-se
de forma contínua
de acordo com leis definidas,
e as coisas tercenas
com uma ordem estabelecida,
tal como suas várias funções
em diferentes momentos...
Só se pode pensar que
tem de existir um poder superior
DEUS!!!
